Victor Rios- Vice President/RMM
Hello my name is Victor Rios. I am the Vice President/RMM for Quality Builders Construction, LLC. I have 27 years of experience working in construction. Performing work in multiple areas including framing, concrete, shingles, and fencing. I have 21 years of experience performing duties of a foreman for several construction companies.
